崗位職責：
1.負責新項目的質量策劃（APQP）；
1.Perform quality planning（APQP）for new project；
2.確保所有客戶特殊要求在APQP的各個階段得到滿足；
2.Ensure all customer special requirement be met in all phases of APQP；
3.與團隊一起制定FMEA和控制計劃，包括檢查清單；
3.Develop FMEA and Control Plan with team ,including inspection checklist；
4.開發檢驗工裝和設備，包括關鍵樣品；
4.Develop inspection tooling and equipment including the critical samples；
5.計劃、安排和實施質量控制人員和其他直接或間接影響產品質量的員工的培訓；
5.Plan,schedule,and implement training for quality control personnel and any other emplyees whose work directly or indirectly affect products quality；
6.與團隊溝通首件鑒定結果，甚至對客戶；
6.Commiunicate with team for first article inspction result even to customer；
7.協調生產速度，確保質量能力已準備好投入生產；
7.Coordinate the run at rate and be sure quality capability is ready for launch production；
8.按時向客戶提交PPAP并確保獲得批準；
8.Submits PPAP to customers on schesule and ensure to get approval；
9.按要求履行其他職責，如內部審核、第二方和第三方審核；
9.Perform other duties as required,such as internal audit,and 2nd and 3rd party audit；
10.積極領導團隊，包括各種職能部門，以解決問題和提高工作效率。
10.Actively lead teams,which involve various functions towards problem solving and work excellence.
任職要求：
1.電氣或機械專業；
1.Electrical or mechanical major；
2.對質量原則和工具（如TQM、SPC、FMEA、MSA等）有較強的理解；
2.Strong understanding of quality principles and tools（e.g,TQM,SPC,FMEA,MSA etc）；
3.2-3年管理經驗
3.2-3 years management experience required；
4.具備IATF16949或同等知識；
4.Possess knowledge of IATF16949 or equivalent；
5、熟練使用ERP、MS Office、MS郵件和互聯網；
5.Proficiency wity ERP,MS Office,MS Mail and Internet；
6.能夠有效地提供信息和回答工程師、經理和客戶的問題；
6.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers,managers and customers；
7.有撰寫報告、商務函電、評估等類似文件的能力；
7.Ability to write reports,business correspondence,evaluations and other simiilar papers；
8.閱讀、分析、解釋一般專業期刊或技術論文之能力；
8.Ability to read ,analyzes,and interprets general professional journls,or technical papers；
9.能夠與包括海外客戶在內的內外部進行電話會議；
9.Ability to hold conference call with internal and external partnesr incl
