工作職責(Key Responsibilities):
1. I support PM for new project’s industrialization process to ensure implantation on time.
我協助項目經理新產品的工業化導入,確保首單能準時出貨。
2. I ensure the availability and reliability of product related data and information.
我確保產品相關數據和信息的準確性和及時性
3. I manage production planning according to customer needs to ensure agile supply chain and performing in delivery on time, lead time, stock & customer satisfaction for mass production
我根據客戶需求管理生產計劃,確保供應鏈的敏捷且在量產的出貨準時率,交付周期,庫存管理以及客戶滿意度上績效優良。
4. I manage order effectively to ensure reliable supply to customers。
通過訂單的有效管理,我確保生產供應的穩定和可靠性
5. I analyze forecast and work together with customer for season preparation to boost business by using right supply method for different products with right stock level.
我分析客戶的銷售預測,通過跟客戶一起針對不同產品定義不同的供給方式提前做季節準備以確定恰當的庫存水位來促進銷售。
6. I’m responsible to find solution with Production planner/PMC/Purchaser in case of capacity or delivery problem and communicate with customer.
如遇產能或交付問題,我負責協同生管/物控/采購來確定解決方案并同客戶進行溝通。
崗位要求(Job Requirement):
1. Bachelor Degree with Procurement / Supply Chain Background
本科,采購供應鏈管理等相關專業
2. Good Oral and written English Skill
英語聽說讀寫流利
3. Good at Office Software: Excel, Word, PPT ect.
熟練掌握基本辦公軟件:Excel, Word, PPT
4. Ability of detail, organization, analyze, Logic with Figure sensitivity, active communicator and problem solver.
有良好的整理, 分析, 邏輯, 解決問題的能力。主動溝通,細致且對數字敏感.
