Main Responsibilities:
崗位職責：
?Responsible for project delivery, actively execute the project according to the project schedule, and ensure that the project delivery meets the project schedule, Responsible for project risk identification, early warning, and organization and formulation of backup plans.
負責項目交付,按照項目計劃積極進行實施,并保證項目交付滿足項目時間要求，負責項目風險識別，并提前預警，組織制定備份方案。
?Responsible for risk management throughout the project life cycle, effectively managing project scope and changes, taking appropriate actions to mitigate delivery risks and minimize schedule delays
負責項目全生命周期的風險管理,有效管理項目范圍和變更,采取合理措施減輕交付風險,并最大限度減少工期拖延
?Responsible for summarizing the lessons learned after project delivery, summarizing project practices (including process, cost control and project management tools)
負責總結項目交付經驗和教訓,總結項目實踐（包括流程、成本控制和管理工具等）
?Responsible for maintaining communication and reporting with customers and internal functional departments to ensure that key stakeholders have the same information and understanding of project status
負責保持與客戶和內部各職能部門的溝通和匯報,確保各重要干系人對項目交付情況的信息和理解達成一致
完成上級交辦的其他任務

Job Requirements:
任職要求：
?Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechatronics, electrical automation, etc
本科以上學歷，機械設計制造及其自動化、機電一體化、電氣自動化等相關專業
?CET-4 or above, fluent in spoken and written English
英語CET-4級以上,英語說寫流利
?3 years experience in automation equipment project management，Experience in related projects of auto parts is preferred.
3年自動化設備項目管理工作經驗或者相關行業項目管理經驗,有汽車零部件的相關項目經驗者優先考慮。
? Excellent business communication, project organization, customer relationship maintenance and exception handling ability, learning ability, self-driving ability and strong ability to withstand pressure.
具備優秀的商務溝通，項目組織，客戶關系維護以及異常處理能力，學習能力，自驅能力和抗壓能力強。
? Have a good professional image and professional quality.
具備良好的職業形象和職業素養。
