Job Description
1.Assist the superior in establishing various training systems, organizing the flowcharts and forms for various training work, covering the stages of training needs analysis, developing training plans, preparing training resources, implementing training, evaluating, feedback and follow-up of training effects. Update and revise the systems, procedures and forms at least once a year based on the company's strategic goals or work needs.
2.Conduct annual training needs surveys to all departments in December of each year, taking into account the company's development strategy, job requirements and promotion channels, and formulate the next year's training plan (including on boarding training, in-service training, on-the-job training, outsourced training and other training) and budget submission for approval by the superiors in a hierarchical manner. Conduct data statistics on the completion status of the annual training plan in the latter half of December of each year to ensure that the training objectives of the previous year have been achieved.
3.The annual education and training plan will be broken down into monthly plans, which will be implemented by the leading department. Each month, the implementation of each department needs to be followed up, resources organized and coordinated, and the plan implemented. If the training plan needs to be changed, it must be notified to relevant departments and personnel via email, and the change plan must be approved by the superior in advance. A report on the training implementation for the previous month should be submitted to the superior before the 5th of each month. After every training, there should be training records, training assessments, effect evaluations, and improvement plans. All training process records should be collected and stored in the Human Resources and Administration Department or shared drive according to department and month.
4.Validate the effectiveness of training on a regular basis, such as conducting random knowledge and practical tests for employees, and submit corresponding verification records to the superior within 5 days of the next month. Ensure the effectiveness of training by monitoring major changes in the system documents, new laws and regulations, major quality abnormalities, preventive and corrective measures, new product launches, and important product line changes. If any of the above situations occur, require the relevant units to provide temporary additional training for relevant personnel.
5.Every six months, potential trainers from each department are selected based on the training system standards and undergo TTT training. Based on the training practical exercises, trainers are divided into training experts and trainers, and the entire trainer team is led to conduct internal training. Through the expansion and improvement of the internal trainer team, the training pipeline is built.
6.For the external training course application form filled out by the training demand unit, initial review and comments will be made and submitted for approval in a hierarchical manner. After completing the external training, the trainee is required to submit a training experience report or the original qualification certificate, which will be archived by the Human Resources and Administration Department. The lecture notes or books will be preserved by the Document Control Center for use as internal training materials.
7.Every month, we collect various materials and produce training materials that are led by the Human Resources and Administration Department. We collect, sort, and review the training materials and external resources of each department every month and store them by month and department to create a materials library. We coordinate the internal instructor team every quarter to plan multiple trainers for each training material.
8.Help employees establish their career development plans, organize, follow up, and maintain key position talent development and backup systems. Promote the right training philosophy to ignite employees' learning passion and create a positive learning culture.
9.Assist the superior on a monthly basis in handling human resource management affairs such as recruitment and deployment, performance management, and employee relations, and provide reasonable suggestions.
10.Other work assigned by the superiors.

5.At least 3 years of relevant working experiences as the same role. Relevant working experiences in electronic products, or digital product protective cases (such as mobile phone cases, tablet cases, computer cases, etc.) is preferred.
