職責(zé)描述：
1、負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)改善，制定供應(yīng)商輔導(dǎo)計劃 Responsible for raw material quality improvement, make supplier improvement plan;
2、負(fù)責(zé)制定IQC的檢驗規(guī)范與計劃 Responsible for editing IQC inspection working instruction and plan;
3、來料異常品質(zhì)報告及追蹤確認(rèn)供應(yīng)商的改善報告及實(shí)施效果 Responsible for editing raw material abnormal quality report and follow the supplier corrective result;
4、負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商稽核 Responsible for auditing supplier;
5、參與新供應(yīng)商評鑒 Attend new supplier evaluation;
6、負(fù)責(zé)客戶品質(zhì)不良處理原材料相關(guān)8D處理客訴并回復(fù)8D報告Handle customer complaint and complete.
7、根據(jù)質(zhì)量計劃定期對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核Regularly process audit and product audit based on quality plan.
8、成上級交給的其他工作 Finish other works which order by higher authority.
任職要求：
1.College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required大專以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或者電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.5+ years' experience in quality or supplier quality management in magnetic components industry5年以上磁性元件行業(yè)供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)管理經(jīng)驗
3.Good quality management skills，familiar with incoming material quality control良好的品質(zhì)管理經(jīng)驗技能、熟知進(jìn)料管理流程
4.Well understanding of the drawings, customer requirement熟悉圖紙，客戶要求
5.Good communication and negotiation skills, Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain with knowledge of procurement and cost drivers. 良好的溝通和談判能力，對端到端供應(yīng)鏈有扎實(shí)的理解，了解采購和成本驅(qū)動因素。
6.Good quality system knowledge，certificate of IATF16949 or VDA6.3 is preferred. 良好的質(zhì)量體系知識，有IATF16949或VDA6.3或六西格瑪證書者優(yōu)先。
7.Good Written and oral English, can be used as the working language英語說與寫良好，可作為工作語言
