Overview
Provide efficient solutions for our customers to increase their understanding of Southco products and assist them in finding the best solution for their applications. Offer a superior service through problem solving and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
1. Education in Business Management, or Technical field (preferred).
2.Technical aptitude required with minimum vocational school diploma
3.Computer literate with keyboarding skills, knowledge of SAP is preferred
4. Experience in handling customer order or quality issue preferred
5.Self-starter, highly independent
6. Enthusiastic, confident and mature.
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and superior customer service.
2. Provide efficient responses for our Customers, Authorized Southco Distributors and Account Managers.
3.Develop relationships with customers by promoting our products and services.
4. Manage assigned accounts in their order management and conflict resolution
5. Proactively call prospects and customers to increase and develop business opportunities.
6.Suggest alternate solutions for continuous improvement within the department.
7. Provide support to the Global Sales Force, Marketing and Business Management Teams.
8. Manage Business Development Awareness Program and increase knowledge of other Southco functional groups.
