DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
For NPI projects (new developed projects)
負責 NPI 項目（新開發項目）
2.to align with customer for quality requirements, including test plan, cosmetic standard, dimension spec, function, etc. And transfer customer requirements to internal operation. 
與客戶的質量要求保持一致，包括測試計劃、外觀標準、尺寸規格、功能等。并將客戶要求轉達給內部操作人員。
3.to drive PPAP documents/NPI readiness collection, including Drawing, Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, MIP, SOP, SIP, MIL, Yield report, etc. Based on these, evaluate if project can go to mass production in the standpoint of quality, and to escalate if there is any risk.
推動 PPAP 文件/NPI 準備收集，包括圖紙、流程圖、FMEA、控制計劃、MIP、SOP、SIP、MIL、良率報告等。在此基礎上，從質量角度評估項目是否可以投入量產，并在出現風險時上報。
4.To lead Yield rate improvement
引導良品率的提高

For Mass production projects
量產項目
4.to check the quality performance daily and master it’s within the KPIs.
每天檢查質量績效，并掌握其是否在 KPI 范圍內。
5.to deal with any quality incidents on site, work with PD/ME for the cause analysis and corrective actions.
處理現場發生的任何質量事故，與 PD/ME 合作分析原因并采取糾正措施。
6.To lead scrap cost improvement
領導廢料成本改進工作
7.to take continuous improvement actions to reduce scrap/reworking, and work with QC for process audit and drive improvement/correction.
采取持續改進措施，減少廢品/返工，與品管部合作進行流程審核，推動改進/糾正。
8.to deal with customer claims and 8D report for problem analysis and solving.

REQUIRED
1.At least 5 years quality working experience, new project experience is preferred;
至少 5 年質量工作經驗，有新項目經驗者優先；
2.Basic quality knowledge and skills/tools is a must, such like Control Plan, MSA, FMEA, SPC, GR&R, DOE, etc.
必須具備基本的質量知識和技能/工具，如控制計劃、MSA、FMEA、SPC、GR&R、DOE 等。
3.Good English in reading/writing/listening/speaking;
良好的英語讀/寫/聽/說能力；
4.Good report skills in PPT and 8D;

職位描述：

JOB SCOPE/SUMMARY:
Assist on daily works in laboratory. Arrange reliability testing per plan required. Analyse
testing data and send report to customer.
協助實驗室的日常工作。根據計劃要求安排可靠性測試。分析測試數據并將報告發送給客戶。
Provides for lab-related customer service, troubleshooting and problem solving as directed by Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures all lab staffs have adequate resources, training and safety condition to perform
all aspects of work required.
（確保所有實驗室工作人員有足夠的資源、培訓和安全條件來完成所需的各方面工作。）
2. Ensures all daily technical and test reports are competency recorded and maintained
（確保所有的日常技術和測試報告都有能力記錄和維護）
3.Ensures all test plan can be completed within timeline.

4.Assists Lab Supervisor to prepare training material, test standards, and equipment maintenance documents.
（協助實驗室主管準備培訓材料、測試標準和設備維護文件。）
5.Maintains all Lab equipment, fixtures and tooling in good conditions for daily operation.
（維護所有的實驗室設備、夾具和工具在良好的條件下進行日常操作。）
6.Assists in-house equipment's calibration internally and outsourcing 3rd-part lab calibration.
（協助內部設備的內部校準和外包的第三方實驗室校準。）
7. Assists to build testing plan performing for new product development stage.

8. Assists to prepare SOP for testing equipment operating, and SIP for operators to follow.

9、Assists to demon and appliance test standards to operators to follow.

10. Assists to translate client's testing manual into local language (Chinese) for operators to follow.

11. To follow-up and update testing requirements/standards according to new international/specify countries' regulations to operators,

12. Monitors the test lab daily operations, review test reports and oversee products conformity.
（監督測試實驗室的日常運作，審查測試報告并監督產品的符合性。）
13. Support Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, RAMP developing phases reliability test and ORT (On-going Reliability Test) processing and reporting to client timely.
（支持Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, RAMP開發階段的可靠性測試和ORT（On-going Reliability Test）的處理，并及時向客戶報告。）

QUALIFICATIONS :
1.	At least  5 years of reliability testing, the one has Apple product reliability testing is preferred.
（至少5年以上可靠性測試工作，有蘋果產品可靠性測試者優先。）
2.	Experience with Apple product durability testing standards and methods, reliability phenomena, failure symptom. Well know the common cosmetic judgment, function performance , and the failure analysis methods.
（對蘋果產品的耐久性測試標準和方法、可靠性現象、故障癥狀有一定經驗。熟悉常見的外觀判斷、功能性能、故障分析方法。）
3.	Familiar with basic reliability tests such as temperature and humidity, UV, salt spray vibration drop etc. Ability of failure analysis tests such as cross section, photo analysis by optical microscope.
（熟悉基本的可靠性測試，如溫濕度、紫外線、鹽霧振動跌落等，具備故障分析測試能力，如橫截面、光學顯微鏡照片分析。）
4.	Be able to operate the common equipment in lab and familiar with the basic maintenance

職位描述：

工作職責：
1.	Leading the team for Internal & Client’s MQE Test execution during development stage (DOE, Proto, EVT, DVT, and PVT) and bulk production (ORT, Line Qual). 
領導團隊在開發階段（DOE、Proto、EVT、DVT 和 PVT）和批量生產階段（ORT、Line Qual）執行內部和客戶的 MQE 測試。
2.	Work closely with Client and internal product development team (ID, PM, PD, QE, IE) and production (IQC, QE, OQC, FQC) to assist with modeling and validating measuring method to ensure the quality of product. 
與客戶和內部產品開發團隊（ID、PM、PD、QE、IE）以及生產團隊（IQC、QE、OQC、FQC）密切合作，協助建模和驗證測量方法，確保產品質量。
3.	In additional to fundamental analysis and test requirements at each stage of product development and bulk production.

4.	Fool Proof design on manufacturing processes & Inspection method. Develop an inspection/measuring fixtures for Metrology offline use & In-line QC use for sampling or 100% check use fixtures.
對生產工藝和檢驗方法進行Fool Proof設計。開發用于離線計量和在線質量控制的檢測/測量夾具，用于抽樣或 100% 檢查夾具。
任職條件：
1.4	years working experience in related field. Physics, Material Science, or Mechanical engineering major preferred.
4 年相關領域工作經驗, 物理、材料科學或機械工程專業優先
2.QE techniques and methodologies include GRR, CPK, DOE, FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma

3.Experience operating CMM equipment, preferably Zeiss brand

5.	Must able to read, write & speak in English, an English speaker.
