Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Quality Management, ensure the suppliers’ capability of sustainably delivering the right quality at the right time with the goal of “Zero defect”. develop the supplier audit plan jointly. Share the responsibilities for supplier audits and development.
2. Incoming quality Control, ensure Incoming inspection and control activities are effective as the safeguard of internal / external customers. Follow up PDCA cycles to drive the continuous improvement under KPI and quality target driven.
3. Project Quality Management, be responsible for CPIV (QCAO, PPAP, SER, IIP, Gauges, SCV) to ensure buy parts meet Miele Quality management system requirements.
4. General Responsibilities for supplier quality management team (IQC/SQE).
5. Other tasks assigned by HOD/Director or higher hierarchy management.

Qualifications:
1. Small Household appliance business or similar trade with high quality standard, foreign investment company preferred.
2. At least 3~5 years team management experience on SQE team and IQC team, skills to develop young talents including engineer and inspector.
3. Meet the requirement from management systems (QMS, OHSAS, EMS, SA8000) for supplier related tasks. Have the VDA6.3 training certificate and internal auditor training certificates for management systems.
4. Sufficient capability to utilize the power of quality tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/FMEA/SPC/8D/Six Sigma/QC Tools etc.) in daily business to support the fulfillment of Responsibilities required. Successful Six Sigma project experience is expected.
5. Have rich know-how on components and production process for metal parts, plastic parts, electronic parts and electrical parts.
6. Willingness to Change and Travel for business demand, result orientation.
7. Able to work in English environment, strive for assertiveness towards Forever Better under pressure.
8. Critical thinking with Can-Do attitude, Solution Driven with Data analysis supported by necessary presentation skills.

職位描述：

Responsibilities: 
1.	Provide the measurement resource planning (internal, external cost and timeline, labor hours) and service to project team. Work on measurement method & system according to the design intention, build up and qualify the measurement fixture for mold maker T0/ FAI process and gauges for MSQC/IQC/Suppliers at SOP stage.
2.	Build up and maintain the visual criteria for in-house made metal sheet part from new project to series production in plant wide.
3.	Other tasks assigned to Metal Shop quality at project stage like package verification, experiment according to the demand requested.
4.	Support the subcontractor / direct suppliers for quality control system and improvement activities on sheet metal parts.
5.	Manage metal sheet quality first article inspection and in-process control procedure as the IMS required. Make sure the quality activities for inspection and control are implemented sufficiently and effectively though whole sheet metal parts production processes.
6.	Create and maintain up-to-date status for Syteline QC item Creation, Inspection Plan, QC inspection status etc.
7.	Ensure the consistency between the system location and physical location of sheet metal parts under control conditions.
8.	Work with production department for CPII Q2, CPIX, customer complaint, drive the action plan to prevent issues on why happened and why escape, maintain the Status Systematics Report related to In-house Sheet metal quality but not limited.
9.	Maintain SPC system and push team for continuous improvement.
10.	Other tasks assigned by supervisor/director.

Qualifications:
1.	College and above degree, major in mechanical technology or related area.
2.	At least three Years experience. Familiar with Sheet metal parts production process and molds. 
3.	Understand the quality control process and problem-solving knowledge is a must to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, preventive actions by using data (Statistics) driven skills. 
4.	Know ISO 9001 QMS and GMP requirements, master quality tools including MSA, SPC, CPK, PPAP, GRR, QCC, Six Sigma, 8D etc.
5.	Command quality management theories and has good quality concept, get the basic knowledge for operation and requirements from KPI, 6S, EPR etc.
6.	Knowledge / experience of project management and continuous improvement projects.
7.	ISO 9001 internal auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt (or above) are plus.
8.	Good in Chinese / English communication (English can be used as working language) 
9.	Familiar with Office (word, excel, PPT, Power App, office etc.)
10.	Could work under pressure. Good logic thinking and team player.

1. Supplier development and management
    - Understand the project and materials design requirements.
    - Develop appropriate suppliers and make procurement strategy proposal for project 
      requirements.
    - Lead the supplier audits and assessments.
2. Material Project Management
    - Work closely with R&D, Q, Tooling etc. teams for project smooth running.
    - Routine project meeting with project core team
    - Ensure materials/samples availability till smooth Series Production
    - BOM cost control according to project targets
3. Sourcing activities
    - New production materials sourcing, cost analysis, price negotiation and management
    - Supplier capacity management
4. Supply risk management
    - Foresee the potential risk which will delay project schedule.
    - Resolve supply risk with internal & external coordination.
5. Cost Down Initiatives and coordinating.
    - Work with Germany Purchasing team to ally the reporting, work with internal parties to 
     drive ratio/cost saving projects.
    - Contribute to cost down reporting.
    - Initiate the activities to meet the cost down targets.
6. Purchasing Coordination
    - Pur-Company SharePoint Maintenance
    - Miscellaneous supporting to improvement/optimization projects of Plant DG
    - To present the regular and ad hoc report as required.
7. Other tasks assigned by line manager or HOD.

Qualifications:
1. University graduated in Engineering, or administration.
2. With 5 years or above working experience in sourcing/project management
3. With engineering background and sourcing experience related.
4. Good English and Chinese communication skills (write, read, speak & listen), can communicate with foreigner freely.
5. Good Microsoft Office skills
6. Positive, self-driven, result-oriented, work under big pressure, good attitude to work and life.
