明城國際大酒店占地面積28000平米，建筑總面積70000平米，樓高99.9米，30層，總投資約10億元人民幣，擁有各類典雅舒適客房359間/套（共計擁有客房462間）；國際會議中心擁有各類高標準會議室12個，餐廳設有宴會廳、中餐廳、法式西餐廳、韓餐廳以及中式食街和各類豪華包廂36個，餐廳共有餐位2400個。配套有游泳、健身、美發、桑拿、休閑足浴、KTV、酒吧和臺球、保齡球、乒乓球（臺球、保齡球、乒乓球為二期建設項目）等設施設備齊全的康體娛樂項目。明城國際大酒店是舉行高檔次會議、宴請、迎合等禮儀接待活動的理想場所。

Mingcheng International Hotel is invested by the Mingcheng Group headed by Mr. Wu Kaiming who is a deputy to Changsha Peoples Congress and a famous private entrepreneur, concentrating the characteristics of classical international well-known hotel, and is the first highest level, largest hotel built at national foreign related five-star standard in Changsha county.
Mingcheng International Hotel covers an area of 28000 square meters with the whole building area of 70000 square meters and the gross investment is 1000 million RMB. It has 359/ (sets of) guest rooms and all kinds of 12 meeting rooms in International Conference Center, It plans to have banquet hall, Chinese Restaurant, French food restaurant,  South Korean restaurants and Chinese-style food streets. It has 800 square meters of banquet halls and all kinds of 36 boxes.
