上海外灘華爾道夫酒店是美國以外的首家華爾道夫酒店，設有三家一流的餐廳、兩個酒店大堂、一個酒吧、及一個圖書館。宴會設備包羅萬有，勢必成為城中會議及婚宴的首選場地。另外還為住客提供豪華的休閑設備，包括游泳池、健身房、及水療中心，可以讓客人放松身心、盡情舒展、獲得獨特的奢華體驗。<br>上海外灘華爾道夫酒店將擁有兩座大樓，共286個客房，第一期原是著名的歷史建筑物外灘二號上海總會大樓。該總會成立于19世紀20年代，是當時社會名流的私人會所。該樓將于2010年年中開業，提供設計獨特的餐廳、酒吧、豪華宴會廳、及20間套房。在大樓后將建造一個庭院，連接位于四川路的第二座新型現代建筑物.這座新樓將在2010年底落成，將包含266個設計獨特的客房。<br><br> <br>the waldorf astoria shanghai on the bund will become the first waldorf astoria hotel outside united states which is set to deliver one of shanghai’s most luxurious guest experiences in town.  it will have three stunning restaurants, two lounges, a bar and a library. extensive banqueting facilities will aim to position the hotel as the first choice for meetings as well as wedding receptions in the city. a swimming pool, health club and spa will provide guests with luxury amenities to rest, rejuvenate and relax.  <br>the 286-room waldorf astoria shanghai on the bund will comprise two buildings. the first will be the heritage building, located at no. 2 on the bund, which was previously home to the shanghai club, an exclusive gentlemen’s club in the 1920s. scheduled to open in mid-2010, the heritage building will feature several uniquely designed restaurants and bars as well as a glamorous ballroom and 20 suites. connected by a courtyard and positioned on sichuan road behind the bund, a new 266-room tower will be completed in late 2010.
