KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  工作職責(zé)
*      Participant in the management team  管理團(tuán)隊(duì)成員
*      Lead the plant day-to-day operation, include order fulfilment, production, quality, delivery plan, materials and stock control etc.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工廠的日常運(yùn)營，包括訂單排期、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、交付計(jì)劃、材料和庫存控制等。
*      Formulate operational and customer service strategies to maintain operational productivity and efficiency.
制定運(yùn)營及客戶服務(wù)策略，保持生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營活力及效率。
*      Report and be responsible for factory P&L, report to group and highlight issues / risks / opportunities / action plan / timeline and achievements periodically. 
匯報(bào)并對(duì)工廠贏利狀況負(fù)責(zé)，定期向總部報(bào)告問題、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、商機(jī)、行動(dòng)方案、時(shí)間表、以及經(jīng)營成績。
*      Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations  協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部、外部各方，確保日常運(yùn)營順暢。
*      Prepare and manage plant annual operating budget。制定并管理工廠年度運(yùn)營預(yù)算。
*      Perform any ad hoc assignments as required 根據(jù)需要執(zhí)行臨時(shí)性的任務(wù)。

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:  素質(zhì)能力要求
*      With more than 10 years of work experience, at least 8 years experience in the furniture plant management. 
10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少8年家具工廠管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
*      Excellent command of written and spoken English  英文流利 
*      Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks and problem-solving independently. 
人際關(guān)系，交流溝通能力強(qiáng)，能獨(dú)立處理多重任務(wù)及解決實(shí)際問題能力強(qiáng)。
